Archway Open House
25 June - 5 July (main Open Day on Saturday 27 June)
The Holloway Arts Festival is delighted to announce the launch of Archway Open House, a new venture exhibiting the work of 29 artists in local venues.
Part of the festival programme for the first time, Archway Open House will see artists open their homes and studios to the public, showcasing their work and giving a series of informal talks. Local venues in the Holloway and Tufnell Park area will be converted into exhibition spaces for the duration of the event, with the main focus being the Archway Island Group Show, with nine artists exhibiting at Archway Methodist Church.
Archway Open House seeks to foster the talent of creative practitioners in the borough by providing them with an opportunity to exhibit their work while forming local networks and furthering their professional development. The participating artists will exhibit a sensitive and engaging body of work in a variety of media including painting, photography and installation.
